Training: Immigration & Gender-Based Violence. Supporting Women Survivors
The Scottish Women's Rights Centre is offering this two-hour online training for anyone supporting victims and survivors of gender-based violence who may also be navigating immigration issues. The session provides a practical grounding in immigration options for survivors — including applications based on domestic abuse — and covers what 'No Recourse to Public Funds' means in practice. Case studies are used to bring these issues to life. Note: free spaces are available for advocacy workers in the Rape Crisis Network — contact the SWRC team directly to register.
