Scotland's Towns Partnership brings together its annual conference at the Adam Smith Theatre in Kirkcaldy, gathering those with a stake in Scotland's towns to connect policy, investment, local leadership and innovation. This year's focus is on supporting thriving towns and resilient communities — themes that run directly through place-based approaches to community safety and wellbeing.
