Public Health Scotland's annual PHINS seminar returns in 2026 as a hybrid event, bringing together public health practitioners, health improvement professionals, local and national government staff, third sector organisations and academics from across Scotland. This year's focus is on reducing inequalities in practice, preventative spend, and the tools that inform national and local policy — themes that sit closely alongside community safety priorities. The morning session runs until 1:30pm, with lunch available afterwards for those attending in person who wish to continue the conversation.
