YouthLink Scotland is hosting this in-person training session in Edinburgh for youth workers, covering hate crime and prejudice-based behaviours in education and community settings. Drawing on a resource developed jointly by Education Scotland, YouthLink Scotland and RespectMe, the session covers how to identify early signs of prejudice-based behaviours, what to do when incidents occur, how to report them, and how to support those affected. There will be space for questions and open discussion about real-world challenges. Participation counts as 4 hours of professional learning time, contributing towards CLD Standards Council membership requirements.
