This toolkit, developed in partnership with Rocket Science, gives Community Safety Partnerships a structured and practical way to assess their own strengths and areas for development across seven key themes: Focus and Impact, Partnership Working, Strategic Coherence, Planning and Delivery, Review, Reflect and Refine, Capturing Performance, and Personal Role. Originally piloted in West Dunbartonshire, Comhairle nan Eilean Siar, Shetland and Moray before its launch in 2012, the toolkit includes scorecards, reporting templates, action planning tools and a suite of additional resources to support analysis and improvement. While the online scorecard links included in the document may no longer be active, the guidance notes, manual scorecards and supporting tools remain a valuable resource for partnerships looking to reflect on and strengthen their work.
