The Children and Young People's Centre for Justice (CYCJ) is hosting a two-day in-person training on the Framework for Risk Assessment Management and Evaluation (FRAME) and Care and Risk Management (CARM) guidance. Designed for practitioners working with young people under 18, the course covers risk factor identification, risk formulation, scenario planning and risk management planning — placing these skills in a practice context and addressing the interface with GIRFEC, Child Protection and MAPPA. Day one focuses on the policy backdrop, rights in risk practice and risk assessment; day two covers risk management measures, partnership working and quality assurance.
